Does Scruff HAVE a Customer Service Department? For over a MONTH I have been harassed by a stalker. I have filed over TWENTY separate complaints. NOTHING has been done! I didn't even get the courtesy of a response. Scammers abound and NOTHI G seems to be bei g do. E!

Not much as of late!

I was banned from scruff for spam! From the account I very seldom contact anyone! Contacted support no reply! At least show me why with proof of spam!

In recent months, looks like 100% of "new and nearby" profiles are fake, just 2-3 perfect pictures, no profile, under 5 miles away and under about 35.

Rules for photos not consistent when you bring it to their attention no one wants to address it .

I posted a simple G rated face shot on my Scruff profile. In that photo I was fully clothed. There was nothing "inappropriate" with this photo. For some unknown reason, I was targeted for harassment by the Scruff Customer Service Staff. This simple inoffensive photo was taken down twice in a month. Because of the "-indifferent" support provided by Scruff, it took over a week to get the photo restored. When the photo was taken down a THIRD time in six weeks, I complained strongly to the support staff. Rather than resolve the issue THEY caused. My profile was blocked because, of my "Harassing behavior". I just totally CANCELLED my Scruff account and removed it from my Phone. There are some significant "issues" with the Support Staff at Scruff. I am not the only member who has been treated so poorly. Until this UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVOR is corrected, I cannot recommend Scruff to anyone. There are many other gay dating sites out there who do not treat their members so poorly,

Haven't used recently but before I was in a relationship it was fine. My fiance and I are gonna check it out to see who's around. I'll report again after.
