Signing up for MenNation is fast, easy, and free. All you need is to type in some basic information for the five-step process. 

• Step 1: You need to check if you are a single man or a couple (2 men). It is required to check the box "male" for the "Looking for" part. No other option is available since all members are male.
• Step 2: Declare your birth date, country, and your zip code. There is a zip code finder button on the side. It will help you find your zip code by choosing your state and finding your location on the drop-down list. 
• Step 3: Input your email address, the username (which is 4-16 characters long without space nor a special character), and a case-sensitive password that is at least  5 characters long.
• Step 4: You may or may not prefer to put your answer for the sexual preference, body type, race, and marital status. Choose the answers from the drop-down menu if you choose to include them on your profile.
• Step 5: It is required to give a short introduction title for your profile. However, it is your choice if you want to write a short paragraph about yourself too.

Upon completing the steps, a verification message will be sent to your email address. Click on the link provided and start browsing the site.

Connecting with other members needs points or upgraded membership. So if you really want to contact a member, you may want to try the premium.

Once you are a premium member, enjoy the different ways of contacting the other members. Here are some of them:

• Instant Messenger- this is a faster way of sending a message. You may also invite a friend for a video chat or share videos and feed each other.

Messages can be hard to find if you receive tons of them every day. In MenNation, you have the option to create sub-folders to filter and organize the messages that you receive. Assign your desired folder name and put your messages in the necessary folders and avoid the clutter.

You will see a lot of information on MenNation members' profiles. However, like contacting, you will be needing a premium membership before you can visit any profile.

One profile photo and an unlimited number of album photos can be uploaded to your account. You can manage it by creating some folders. Profiles with photos get more visitors and have higher chances of meeting someone they like.

Some people are open-minded, some are just so-so, and there are others who want to be a little conservative. Set your content filter based on your preference: No Nudity, Some Nudity, and Everything. This can also influence the matches and the member's search features.

For security reasons, sensitive personal information is not shared on the profiles. This includes the real full name of members, complete contact details, and addresses. There is also some portion on your profile that you can skip answering. They will be displayed as "question marks." 

Other portions of your profile are My Kinks, Compatibility Chart, Testimonials, Bling, Sex Academy Courses, and Top Fans.

Like any other dating site, fake profiles are present. MenNation continuously checks and suspends profiles with suspicious activities.
