USED TO BE a hot spot meet HOT guys - met many many guys on there a long time ago when real guys hungry to meet were saturating the service - those gu... ys are long gone never to return - if you do get a real profile and not a fake one, the guy is indifferent and flaky - might be a generational thing.The profiles on here are almost all fake....like 95% of "messages" i get are simply a smiling face sent by "someone" in another city - almost all fake profiles - the weird thing is, if you answer, someone real will type back- but it's like a catfish situation - they are not who they say they are and although they may claim to be looking for a relationship or whatever, it's all fake..adam 4adam is going down the same path that gay.com did in the sense that for many many years, the site was the hottest anywhere - it was overflowing with gays truly wanting to meet now - i had so many messages i could barely keep up with them - now it's just fake profiles or unanswered messages on real profiles...I get that I'm not 20-30 years old anymore so that probably has something to do with why I'm not getting messages anymore, but I am far from ugly - back in the golden years of adam4adam EVERY GUY got fed, even the older guys had options on there - now it's a bleak wasteland of fake profiles ....just like gay.com who was eventually completely overrun by fake profile "bots/robots" after many amazing years - gay.com eventually failed and tbh, i wouldn't be shocked at all if the same thing happened to adam4adam because the same thing is happening on adam now - I wish adam4adam luck - i cancelled my account for the last time. Such a suspicious operation. Very suspicious hosting lineage. Hosted in Canada but customer service responds with poor English. Lots of fake Pinte... rest pics, profiles, cash app scams, and identity extortion attempts. Lots of under age real or fake profiles - hard to tell. BUT if you report Pinterest pics or minors, the site just suspends your ability to report problem profiles even when the minor admits their age in messaging. Never give out your email address, phone number, or any identifying information. Dark web cross searches, they learning your real identity then threaten to ‘out’ you to family, neighbors, or employers unless you pay up.80% of new profiles never log back in a 2nd time. Apparently fraudulent to inflate the membership numbers. Site administrators have no interest in cleaning up the fakes, crimes, or under age child porn sent by under 18 year olds of themselves.Your ability to ‘report’ is simply suspended.Very suspicious ownership or connection to law enforcement.It’s a minefield with great risks. «»

FAKE profiles all the time. So easy to spot. For example - who is born in the USA that spells humor, "humour"?? Bad grammar gives it away all the t... ime. Hot photos of guys looking for a relationship -- really? On A4A?? Prostitution is rampant. Always being asked for money for sex. I only use the desktop version (no smart phone), and A4A always sees me at the wrong location. I live in Albuquerque, but it thinks I live in Las Cru... ces, then El Paso, and recently in Phoenix -- I have a specific interest in fem guys, twinks and transwomen, so the location is important -- there aren't very many that "fit my bill" «»

I wonder if anyone from adam4adam will read this. I recently signed up on their site, first time but I was not able to sign in. I kept trying but the... y kept :suspending" my account, without reason. I fianlly contacted them but still received no explanation. It wa aftet I told them ....after seeing their young, hit models on their main page, it was apparent to me that those are the only types of guys they want on their site. I am a 62 year old chub. I cannot, in good faith, reccomend adam4adam to anyone over the age of...well, let's say 40, because everyone on there looks to be under 40 nd right out of a gym. They suspended my account without any reason.Created a new one and they suspended that too.I hadn't uploaded any photos so I couldn't have violated ... their Terms & Conditions. I hadn't contacted anyone or used any inappropriate language on my profile. In fact, I was just setting up my profile, listing my stats, when I was automatically logged out. Though it is a wonderful App. I tend to prefer Grindr in general because of one serious flaw in A4A. Unlike many other apps. This one has a horrible "... near me" distance. If a user is shown near me and it says 1000' away. It actually could be many miles away. It floats all over the place with distances. So this makes it rather awkward for hookups «»

It's a pretty good site with a mix of people, but a warning (not a criticism of A4A per-say) - since Backpage and Craiglist shut down personals, a lo... t of scammers have signed up and are trolling users. I'm not sure what any hookup site can do to guard against this, but always be careful. «»

While there are many "no shows" or "all talkers" on a4a, I find the platform itself to be user-friendly and convenient. The newer edition is even easi... er; it shows just how far each person is from you. a4a can be a pleasant experience as long as you don't get offended by the rudeness of strangers; as strangers, don't let their "meeting qualifications" or rude replies impact your emotions or self-esteem. «»
