They even blocked my phone numbers to contact them or to ask for help on their customer care till free number. I don’t know what legal action I can take against them but request all people never pay any money to Jeevansathi.com they simply grab money and don’t listen to their customers. They never support or help after they grab money from customers. Even request Govt of india to take action against them and must Ban their website and mobile application immediately because they must have cheated many innocent people like me so far «»

Nothing to like really.Jeevansathi is run by people who have no clue as to how to run a matrimonial website.They Run the website as they perhaps r... un their own lives. There are ego issues, there are communication issues, there are misunderstanding issues, there are profile verification issues, finally there are CONTACT ISSUES. A person living in another country will have a hard time getting their profiles verified. Jeevansathi cannot access the credentials of any user who lives in any country other than India, BUT INSISTS on using credentials like Divers license / PAN CARD / Voter ID etc for profile verification. These documents have to be strictly Indian or they are useless.There are issues of not understanding the users needs. There are TONS of FRAUD profiles at Jeevansathi from users who say that they are working in US Government Defense service as MD. with a Degree in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.) Other SCAMMERS will say that They are Doctors earning $ 200000 or more with a Degree in BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery). The fun part is that none of these so called Doctors working in US Defense force will spend any money on getting a paid Jeevansathi account. Jeevansathi does not want to understand that FRAUDS and SCAMMERS will never get a paid account here since they dont want to spend money at all. Such FRAUDS/ SCAMMERS are here to PROPAGATE a SCAM/FRAUD and make money. NOW, if a person that has a paid Jeevansathi Account (eAdvantage or similar) tries to expose such FRAUD PROFILES, Jeevansathi proactively DELETES the account of such FRAUD exposers, irregardless of whether such accounts have a paid account. Jeevansathi will DELETE a PAID ACCOUNT at their own personal whims and FANCY and without any rhyme or reason. If you are able to consistently discern "FRAUD" profiles( perhaps by their way of depicting themselves OR by FAKE phone numbers OR by Fake email address, example - an American living in USA having a Japanese email address ? ) OR the fact that their description of their job is totally implausible) and you report such FRAUD regularly, then also Jeevansathi can DELETE your profile. If someone from Quality Assurance Team does not understand the Hindi description you post in your profile, they can shove "Terms of Use Violation" up your butt and DELETE your account. This why the aspect of misunderstanding and miscommunication was indicated above. ' Someone from Jeevansathi can say that the 'Browser" that you (used and that has existed since the time computers became a necessity) maybe the issue, why you cannot save changes to your profile. Heck, they can even say that you got to buy a new computer if you want to use Jeevansathi Website ! ! There is no rhyme or reason AT ALL, to what Jeevansathi Help Desk may say ! I didnt get anything to like about Jeevansathi. It was a waste of my time and money. I reached out to contact JS via phone and it is a fake phone numb... er which called an internet company.I signedup for freeservice and since I was not getting any matches, i tried paid service for 6 months that was offered via phone. I signed up and they charged my Credit card for more than what they promised the offer for.Do not fall for this website or service, since there is no service. i reached out to the website via their email and they said that there is nothing they can do nor can refund my money. Total bull S*itTinder is better than this website. Their reviews are fake as well. Useless website which took my money and did nothing. «»
