Becoming a citizen of BiggerCity is quick and easy, and it's free! It'll only take you a few minutes, including email verification. It’s only a two-step process with only a few simple fields about login credentials, preferences, physique, and age.

However, the website will not allow you to register if you are below 18. An important note about the sign-up process is that it doesn’t have any safeguards around creating fake profiles, as its security measures are only a captcha and email verification. There are also no options to login via social media accounts or Google, like other websites. 

Once you are done with the registration process, you may now use BiggerCity's free services or opt to upgrade to premium membership to experience more special features.

The website allows you to find members (called 'citizens') in three ways: through search, recommendations, and through the interactions on community features. The search function on BiggerCity is pretty simple. It lets you find members based on location, active status, community tag, and several filters for physique (build, eye color, hair color, body/facial hair, weight, and height). It also lets you find people based on keywords.

Aside from this, you can find specific profiles through their usernames. The menu bar also features links to quick searches for those who are in your area and who is online now. You can also see members of BiggerCity who are celebrating their birthday today. This feature acts as a spotlight recommendation page. You can also turn on the matchmaker function that allows the site to suggest profiles that fit certain criteria about lifestyle, educational and career background, and willingness to travel/relocate.

The last method to find profiles is through participating in community activities. You can browse through the forums, blogs, sites, and chat rooms and simply click on the profile pictures of those who you’re interested in.

For all these methods, you can show interest in other members by sending flirts. Once you’ve chosen those who you’d like to contact, you can either chat with them or send them an e-note (or a message thread). However, you can’t send multimedia elements on a basic account. Overall, BiggerCity has a basic but reliable platform for member contact.

The profiles on BiggerCity follow the typical template of casual dating sites. You can show your biodata, physique, interests, lifestyle, education, employment, location, preferences in bed, and profile photos. Interesting to point out in the profile information is the section about a user’s willingness to travel and/or to relocate, probably because the website has users scattered around 160 countries. This piece of information can let you know how serious someone is in meeting up.

Additionally, any uploaded profile photos have been reviewed by the site managers, enforcing guidelines that ensure that the photos are of people and aren’t sexually explicit. However, because of the volume of photos and videos uploaded on the website, it may take up to a week for your photo to be approved; which is a century in the digital age.

The full profile of all members are available to those with basic accounts, but there are certain photos that can only be accessed if granted an “Unlock” by the particular member. There are also photos on BiggerCity profiles that can be set to be visible to only those on premium accounts.
