In 15 minutes or less, you can create your MPWH profile on their website or through their app. You simply have to provide your sex and gender preference (a man seeking a woman or a man, or a woman seeking a woman or a man), age and email. You will also have to indicate that you agree to their service agreement and their privacy policy in order to proceed. 

Next, you will be asked for your first name, a unique username, and a password. You will also have to provide the country where you're from, zip code, height, ethnicity, and your relationship status, as well as the type of HSV that you have (genital, oral, or don't know). 

After filling out the basic information, the next step for you is to upload your photo and set your headline. You are also required to write something about yourself and about the match that you prefer (a minimum of 50 characters each). After completing these steps, your profile is already created but your profile picture will only show pending approval. 

You will also need to verify your email first before you can complete your profile information or browse around the website. Though the sign-up process in itself is easy, you will have to wait around 20 to 30 minutes for your email verification to arrive in your inbox. When you get the email, you have to input the code within 10 minutes. Once verified, you can already start browsing through the website even if your account is still pending for approval. An email confirmation will be sent to you that includes a copy of the service agreement after successfully setting up a profile and an account.

The MPWH team is very strict with the quality of people that join their site. So you are advised to fill up all the necessary information and complete your profile as soon as possible. Incomplete profiles can only increase your chances of not getting approved and have your account suspended.

Similar to most dating websites, MPWH requires paid or premium membership in order to make contact with other members. If you have a free account, you will not be able to send a message and start a new conversation with other members unless you upgrade to a premium account. 

However, you can try to connect with other users through their profiles. You can leave a testimonial or comment on their activities. You can also answer questions posted in their profile and see if you have the same answers. You can do all these even with your free account. 

You may also send a wink to other members that you find interesting. This feature is free and you can send up to 50 winks in a day. You can simply go to their profile, click on the wink and choose a one-liner to send. They will receive it as a message in their inbox and they can also choose to send a wink back. Should you want to level up your game, you can subscribe to a premium membership in order to start a conversation with them. You can also get to send a personalized wink message with it. 

With a paid membership subscription, you are also able to see if other users are online or when they were last online. You also have access to an advanced search option that you can use to filter your search results and find someone that really matches your expectations. 

However, due to MPWH's privacy settings, any user can hide their profiles or block you from viewing them. Their profiles will not show up in the search results and you will not be able to make contact with them.

MPWH has a comprehensive profile. Aside from the basic information that was asked during sign-up, there are still lots of information fields that you may fill in so that other users can get to know more about you. You do not need to answer all questions in one sitting, but completing your profile increases your chances of meeting like-minded members soon.

The information shown in your public profile includes your basic information about your HSV status and relationship status. You may write details about your appearance, social and educational background, lifestyle, and other information such as if you're looking to date, for friendship or a serious relationship. You can also post a question and other members can answer them. You will get notified to which members had answered your question.

Even with your standard free account, you may view someone else's profile. You can check a side-by-side comparison of who they are based on the information they provided during registration as well as their preference for a match. 

There are also questions in their profiles that they have provided answers to, but you can only see them once you answered these questions yourself. This can further help you determine if you and the member are compatible.
